The CERCUT has the capabilities to host large scale conferences, banquets, expositions, music performances, and trade shows.
Conference Rooms
The Event Center has three conference rooms, each of which measures approximately 5400 square feet. The rooms can be booked individually or combined for larger events such as expos, concerts, and community gatherings. Each room has a maximum capacity of 500 people, where a full booking of all three rooms increases occupancy to 1500. Rental prices are depending upon usage, number of people and dates requested.

Meeting Spaces
The Event Center meeting spaces range from our conference rooms to classrooms ideal for workshops and trainings. The classroom space is equipped with a large screen television and can fit up to 50 attendees. The rooms can also be divided into smaller rooms to use for breakout sessions. Rental prices vary by hours and configuration requested.

Amphitheater
Located behind the Event Center is an amphitheater that is perfect for a small concert, play, comedy sketch or any outdoor gathering. This space is open to the public for rent. Contact us today for more information.

Do you need to give a presentation at your next event? Projectors, Screens, and televisions are available for an additional charge. Podium and microphones are included with each room rental.
Softball Fields
Located to the east of the CERCUT are four well-kept softball fields and a playground. The facility is fully equipment with restrooms and a score tower, and a beautiful playground set to entertain children during events sits to the north of the complex.
Fields are available to rent for private use, start at $200/day per field.
Soccer Fields
Included in the CERCUT are three soccer fields just west of the facility.
The facility is fully equipment with restrooms, scoreboards, and a concession stand available to rent. The fee for the soccer complex is $300 per day.
