A great space for events, concerts and so much more!
Centrally located in the Carbon Corridor, our events center is a modern facility with a big city feel, nestled into a rural atmosphere.
The facility has the capabilities to host large scale conferences, banquets, expositions, music performances, trade shows and we also provide for small scale meetings, and seminars.
The center is equipped with advanced wireless room filling audio and visual projection systems adaptable to many applications. We can also provide telephone and internet communications.
Conference Room(s) A, B and/or C
Each room on its own measures approximately 5400 square feet. Depending on the event and layout has a maximum capacity of 550 per room. Conference rooms can be combined for larger events such as expos, concerts, and community gatherings. Rental prices are dependent upon usage and number of people attending the event. Meeting Conference Room
Our meeting conference room is perfect for workshops and classroom like settings. It is equipped with a large screen television and can fit up to 50 attendees. The rooms can also be divided into smaller rooms to use for your breakout sessions. Rental prices vary by hours need. Industrial Kitchen
Our facility includes an industrial grade kitchen which includes warming ovens, convection ovens, and gas stoves. All catering must be provided by caterers pre-approved by the Carbon County Event Staff. Concessions are available upon request, and will only be provided by Carbon County. Hosts can rent the kitchen to bring in food to warm up and served.
Banquet Alcohol License
Carbon County Event has an active banquet alcohol license with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Upon request we may be able to provide a cash bar at your event.
Audio/Video Equipment
Do you need to give a presentation at your next event? Projectors, Screens, and televisions are available for an additional charge. Podium and microphones are included with each room rental.
Amphitheatre
Located behind the Event Center is an amphitheater that is perfect for a small concert, play, comedy sketch or any outdoor gathering. This space is open to the public for rent. Contact us today for more information.
