The home visiting program is offered to qualifying participants. Home visiting is offered each week by a qualified parent educator.
The purpose of this program is to strengthen the family by reducing risk factors and offering preschool readiness.

Who qualifies for Home Visiting?
Expecting parents and parents of newborns. Services are offered until the child reaches three years of age.
How long can a family receive this supportive service?
Services are voluntary and can last up to three years.
