Carbon County Employees are sponsoring The 11th Annual Carbon County Fundraiser (formally the Mike Ballard Fundraiser), on Saturday – June 5, 2021.This will be a noon shotgun at the Carbon Country Club Golf Course. Our recipient this year is: The Domestic Violence Coalition of Carbon County.
Your contributions and generosity help to make this tournament a successful event. We hope that you will be able to make a donation to this worthy cause. Listed below are ways you can help with the fundraiser:
Team Sponsorship $160.00 per team (excluding green & cart fees), which includes a dinner/concert ticket for each player and entry prize. Teams can be signed up by contacting Kellie Payne at 751 East 100 North or phone her at (435) 636-3708 (MasterCard, Visa & Discover are available). *PLEASE NOTE THAT TEAMS WILL BE LIMITED TO 32!! This will be a first come first served basis.
In addition to the tournament, we will be sponsoring a dinner with entertainment and a live auction, immediately following the tournament at the Carbon County Events Center (6:30 p.m.). Cost for the dinner/concert is $30 per person and children under 12 years of age $15. Concert only tickets will be $20.00 and $5.00 for children. This will be a fun evening with the Band – “Natural Causes” featuring Mark Koelbel from KUTV 2 News. VIP tables will be available. Please contact us for further information.
Hole/Green sponsorships are available for $150. Cash donations and/or prize drawing gifts, of any kind, will be very welcomed.
